Dee started with Whittles straight after her A levels 19 years ago as Sales Assistant in the travel shop in Kidderminster, then became Accounts Administrator at Foley Park, and Coaching Manager, before gaining her management CPC and becoming General Manager.

Unusual Moment in the Job: Could write a book! Making reams of home-made bunting for football hopes! Handing back a lost body stocking to its rightful owner and last but not least illegal immigrants in the yard and the great fire of Foley Park!
Mike is a new addition to the family, he joined us in March 2017 as Operations Manager, having previously worked at our sister company Johnsons Coaches in their busy traffic office and deals with the day to day operations including planning and managing drivers routes and schedules.

Andy has been our Engineering Manager since 2002, and previously was a driver/fitter, and oversees the two mechanics. His knowledge of Whittles heritage is immense, and his office is adorned with old black and white photos of the coaches.

Unusual Moment in the Job: Years ago, when it was snowing, children used to rock the bus at the top of Clee Hill to take it off the road It used to perch at an angle and he had to go and recover it and the driver too!
Sue joined us 17 years ago in the travel shop in Kidderminster, replacing Dee, and remained there happily serving customers until the shop closed 9 years ago. Since then she has been Tour Coordinator at our Foley Park Depot, taking your calls and greeting you. Sue also handles all client paperwork and driver information packs for tours.
Best Moment in the Job: The thankyou cards from customers when things run fantastically well.
Unusual Moment in Job: Being photographed with a giraffe on our first launch day at West Midlands Safari Park and giving a commentary on the animals.
Kerry came to Whittles on a YTS placement 24 years ago and has never left. She was full time until she had her son, who is now 9, and now juggles part time with us around family life. She handles bookings for all our attractions visits and hotel contracting as well as taking your bookings on the telephone.
Best Moment in the Job: When we used to send 3 full coaches to Malgrat, Spain four times a year.
Unusual Moment in the Job: Trying to get lost people back to hotels or the coach!
Our in house maintenance is handled by our mechanics Sam Cox (L) and Brian Harris (R). Sam has been with us for 3 years and Brian has worked here since 2004. Duty rota is worked out according to the football fixtures One is an Aston Villa supporter, the other backs West Bromwich Albion!
Gareth joined us in 2015 and he ensures our depot and vehicles are kept in top condition, prepping vehicles for MOT and assisting with our Express parking.
