The Royal botanic Kew Gardens has the world’s largest collection of living plants.  Set in beautiful landscapes with glorious glasshouses and such a vast range of rare and beautiful plants, there is plenty to see.  We visit during the Orchid Festival, a spectacular display of colour.  Explore the exotic world of orchids and tropical plants and find out about the importance of these beautiful and diverse species.

The place to go if you are researching your family tree. If you wish to look at original documents you will need a reader's ticket and to obtain one of these please take 2 forms of identification with you, one as proof of identity - passport, driving licence, bank/credit card or similar and the second as proof of address - recent utility bill, council tax bill, bank/credit card statement or similar. You do not require a reader's ticket if you only wish to look at copy documents.
